GA007 — Waterproof aluminum enclosure

The GA007 is a standard waterproof aluminum enclosure produced by PUMAY to your drawing. It is built from extruded aluminum construction with a slide-in body and machined end panels and is intended for standard electronic assemblies that need a custom-machined aluminum housing. Dimensions, cut-outs and finishes are all made to order, and because the tooling already exists no mould charge applies.

Every GA007 is made to order. The options below can be combined freely; send a drawing or a dimensioned sketch and we will confirm feasibility and price.

• Length: cut to your finished dimension, so one profile can cover several product sizes without a new mould.
• CNC cut-outs: connector apertures, switch and button openings, LED windows, display cut-outs and cable glands machined in the body or end panels to your drawing.
• End panels: flat, stepped or flanged aluminium end plates, with or without a sealing groove.
• Branding: laser engraving, silkscreen printing, anodized colour fill or adhesive label recess.
• Hardware: screws, studs, standoffs, blind rivet nuts, riveting bolts, rubber feet and mounting brackets.
• PCB mounting: internal slide-in slots for board edges, plus standoffs or bosses at your board outline.

Can the GA007 be cut to a custom length?

Yes. Length is the easiest dimension to change on an extrusion - tell us the finished length and we cut and machine the section accordingly.

Is there a tooling or mould charge?

No. GA007 is produced from a mould that already exists in PUMAY's inventory, so no tooling fee is charged. You only pay for material, machining, finishing and freight.

Can the GA007 be made water-resistant?

Yes. With a gasket groove, sealed end panels, sealed cable glands and an appropriate IP-rated connector selection, the enclosure can be built to IP65, IP67 or IP68. Tell us the target IP level and the intended environment and we will confirm the sealing method.

What is the minimum order quantity?

One piece for a sample so you can check fit and finish, and 50 pieces for mass production. Larger quantities are quoted with volume pricing.
